MILITARY AND OVERSEAS VOTERS
The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) website provides information to U. S. citizens covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA). This includes:
- U. S. citizens who are members of the Uniformed Services and their family member.
- U. S. citizens who reside outside the United States.
Uniformed Services are defined as:
- U. S. Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard),
- Merchant marine,
- Commissioned corps of the Public Health Service,
- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
