ONLINE CERTIFICATES

Good Standing Certificates are available online between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. CST.  You can purchase certificates after searching the Corporations Database for the entities that you want to check.  If an entity is in good standing, there will be a link to add a certificate to the online shopping cart.  A link will not appear if the entity is not currently in good standing.  Once you have finished shopping and have added the certificate(s) to the shopping cart, you can check out.  Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  A $2.00 state charge will be added to the total fee.  After check out, a certificate of good standing can be printed.  Be sure to print or save the certificate before closing your browser.
