Official Parish Journals Program 

Pursuant to R.S. 43:150 and R.S. 43:174, the Secretary of State's office maintains a list of the Official Parish Journals as appointed for one-year terms by the parish governing authorities. The list includes the name, address, and telephone number of the newspaper, and the expiration date of the appointment.
