BOND REGISTRATION ("Municipal Bonds") 

Pursuant to R. S. 39:911, et seq., bonds issued by governing authorities are registered in our Office. The Secretary of State registers and countersigns the bonds. The fee is $10.00 per certificate of registration. When the signature of a local official is filed, the fee is $10.00 per signature.
