Software Requirements
This site was designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 Web browsers with a screen resolution of 1024×768. Other unsupported Web browsers and screen resolutions may work fine; however, some pages may not display or function properly. Browsers that do not support JavaScript (JScript) will generate errors.
Multimedia files require Microsoft Windows Media Player 9.0 or later. Other media players capable of playing .wmv and .mp3 formats may also work.
Other files on this site require external applications to view the content. You can download free viewers for many of these applications at the following locations:
Content or Functionality Issues
To report a problem with content or broken links on a particular page, note the page’s Web address, and then send your comments to the Content Editor for the page. Each Content Editor is responsible for one of the following sections of the site:
