Secretary of State Jay Dardenne will swear in the members of the Eddie G. Robinson Museum Commission at a news conference on Friday, May 1, at 11 a.m. at the site of the Eddie G. Robinson Museum in Grambling. Secretary Dardenne will also kick off the museum's fundraising campaign.

Secretary of State Jay Dardenne is announcing the Eddie G. Robinson Museum groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20. Secretary Dardenne invites the public to attend the event at the Grambling State University Women's Gym across from the Grambling Post Office. Community leaders and members of the Robinson family will unveil the museum plans at the event.
